On completing this step, there is an open conversation, where each one quizzes the other with three questions. You have to convince your lie as the truth. Do not reveal your truths. After the conversation time, each one may repeat their 3 statements and the group to vote which is the lie. It helps encouraging better communication and in this way you get mingled better with your coworkers.

Problem Solving Picture game: This activity is about problem solving where a picture is chosen and should be cut into equal square. Each participant is given a puzzle piece and is asked to create exact copy of the puzzle such that it is bigger by five times than the original size. Now, they are facing a problem that is about not knowing how their work will affect the larger picture. The leader can pass out markers, pencils, paper and rulers. Now all the participants complete their enlargements and the original piece is assembled on a table with the giant copy. This activity teaches participants how a team works and how each person can contribute to bring overall group result.

Life highlight game: An icebreaker activity that is same for large and small groups alike. Ask everyone to close their eyes and think of best moments in their life. This can be anything such as moments they have shared with friends, family or it can relate any personal revelations, professional success or even exciting life adventures. Ask each person if they would love to relive the same moment if they had in their life only thirty seconds left. This activity enables people to review and reflect their lives. When they explain why the 30 seconds was important, it gives everyone a chance to feel for love, passion and personalities.
